We have ONE turkey left, about 12 pounds. The bird was harvested December 20th, and is being kept on ice. It will be fresh for New Years Eve, or may be frozen. It can be picked up at SRO, by appointment. Delivery to NYC is NOT available for this bird.

We raise heritage breed turkeys of various colors, but they are all delicious. Our birds are not white, so please expect a few residual colored pin feathers. Heritage birds are smaller and far more flavorful than commercial broad breasted turkeys that are available in stores. The breast meat in particular is darker and more flavorful. We have both toms and hens, so you can order birds in two size ranges. Please expect your tom to be 9-13 pounds, your hen to be 6-8 pounds.

Reserve your pre-ordered FRESH holiday turkey here! You are placing a nonrefundable DEPOSIT of $50 to reserve your Pasture Raised bird. Birds are priced at $12/pound, and the final price will be determined at point of sale. Please do not expect your bird to cost $50.

Birds will be harvested on December 20th and processed at a NYS inspected facility. Birds are only legal for sale in NYS. Birds will be available for pick up at Stone Ridge Orchard and NYC. Please indicate your pick up location when you place the order. Birds may be picked up at Stone Ridge Orchard December 23-24, by appointment, TBA. There will be one delivery to New York City on or about December 22. Birds may be picked up in New York City at The Marshall Restaurant at 628 10th Avenue during business hours on December 22-24. There is a $25 surcharge to cover transportation costs for birds delivered to New York City.
