Reserve your pre-ordered FRESH holiday goose here! You are placing a nonrefundable DEPOSIT of $50 to reserve your Pasture Raised bird. The final price will be determined at the time of sale. Birds are $15/pound, and geese range in size from 8-13 lbs. If you indicate your preferred size at the time of order, we will do our best to accommodate you. Please do not expect the full price to be $50.
Birds will be harvested on December 20th and are available for pick up at Stone Ridge Orchard and NYC. Please indicate your pick up location when you place the order. Birds may be picked up at Stone Ridge Orchard by appointment, TBA. There will be one delivery to New York City on or about December 22. Birds may be picked up in New York City at The Marshall Restaurant at 628 10th Avenue during business hours on December 22-24. There is a $25 surcharge to cover transportation costs for birds delivered to New York City.
At this time there is ONLY ONE bird left, and it is slated for SRO delivery. If you prefer NYC, please let us know when you place the order. I MUST know drop off location by the 20th, thank you.
Our birds are processed in a New York State inspected facility and are only legal for sale in New York State. We apologize, but we are unable to ship our birds out of state.
Our geese are fully pasture raised, in large families, watched over by their parents. All Holiday geese were hatched in 2023, and will be 6-9 months old at time of harvest.
We expect a size range of 8-12 pounds for processed geese. The price per pound is $15/pound. The final price will be determined at pick up and the balance paid. If you have a size preference, please write to us at info@bonticouducks, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Birds are processed on farm. You are placing a $50 non-refundable deposit on your bird. It is non-refundable because we only process to order.
