We are proud to announce that Bonticou heritage ducks, chickens and geese will be featured at The Kitchen at Stone Ridge Orchard, a new pop up restaurant at Stone Ridge Orchard every weekend this fall. Each week a unique menu will be created using ingredients raised and foraged at the orchard and local farms and served with ciders created by Elizabeth Ryan and Hudson Valley Farmhouse Cider.
