Please join Bonticou Ducks and Copley Vintage Cheesemakers at a tasting and sale of our classic meat pies, pasties and smoked duck breast. This week we will feature game bird pies prepared with pastured Embden goose nd Pekin duck, Cornish pasties made with steak, potatoes onions and rutabaga and pasties prepared from heritage chicken and shiitake mushrooms. Our smoked duck this week are Duclair boneless breast and thigh/leg quarters.
For our tasting, we are proud to introduce several flavors of our NEW gourmet deviled eggs and our NEW line of pastries and cookies.
Pre-orders of pasties and game bird pies will be accepted through Wednesday April 4th. Minimum order 4 pies or 2 pasties.
Pre-orders of frozen poultry, duck chicken and goose eggs are accepted via email for pick-up on site.
