December 8th is the first market Day for the 2018/20189 Winter season. The Winter Market runs from December 8th to late April on alternate Saturdays from 10 AM to 2 PM at the Old Dutch Church in Kinston NY. Please look for Bonticou Ducks in the kitchen, next to Jon’s Breads.
We will be tasting and selling our smoked duck breast and duck leg confit. We will develop additional offerings over the winter, including a paleo bone broth, and for take-out, we will offer plates of rillettes and/or pate over crackers or baquettes.
Pre-orders of smoked duck breast, confit and other products made be made online and picked up on market day. Please place orders by Thursday noon prior to market day.
