Please join Bonticou Ducks and Copley Vintage Cheesemakers at a tasting and sale of our classic meat pies, pasties and smoked duck breast. This week we will feature game bird pies prepared with pastured Embden goose, Cornish pasties made with steak, potatoes onions and rutabaga and pasties prepared from heritage chicken and shiitake mushrooms. Our smoked duck this week features Pekin and Cayuga ducks.
For our tasting, we are proud to introduce several flavors of our NEW gourmet deviled eggs.
Pre-orders of pasties and game bird pies will be accepted through Wednesday February 21st. Minimum order 4 pies or 2 pasties.
