Dirty Girl Farmers Market

Please join us this Saturday in Andes New York at Dirty Girl Farm. We will be taking orders for FRESH Holiday Birds, including our pastured Embden and French Toulouse geese.

On alternate Saturdays from 10 AM to 3 PM we will sample and sell smoked duck breast and duck leg confit in Andes New York.  Clients may pick up fresh poultry pre-ordered on line. A limited number of ducks will be available. On weeks when we are not attending this market, our goods will be available for sale at the market, and custom orders may be picked up there by pre-arrangement.

Kitchen at Stone Ridge Orchard

We are proud to announce that Bonticou heritage ducks, chickens and geese will be featured at The Kitchen at Stone Ridge Orchard, a new pop up restaurant at Stone Ridge Orchard every weekend this fall.  Each week a unique menu will be created using ingredients raised and foraged at the orchard and local farms and served with ciders created by Elizabeth Ryan and Hudson Valley Farmhouse Cider.

Quail Hollow Crafts Fair in New Paltz New York Labor Day Weekend

Our second date at the Crafts Fair is over Labor Day Weekend.  Bonticou Ducks LLC will serve and sell our products at the Crafts Fair at the Ulster County Fairgrounds in New Paltz over the Labor Day weekend.  We will be sampling and selling smoked duck, roast goose, game bird pies made from our poultry, and pasties prepared from our poultry and local beef.  We will be at the Fair from 10 AM to 5:30 PM Saturday and Sunday, and 10 AM to 4 PM on Monday. Order your holiday goose.

Stone Ridge Farm & Flea

Every weekend, come to Stone Ridge Orchard at 3012 Rte 213 in Stone Ridge NY to visit with our birds, buy our products and see and enjoy all that the orchard has to offer.  We will be sampling smoked duck and duck leg confit.  Raw duck treats for pets.  Award winning hard and sweet cider, baked goods, fruits, panini, many other offerings.  Enjoy a picnic lunch and beautiful views under a 300 year old oak tree.

Arts and Crafts Fair in New Paltz New York Memorial Day Weekend

We are proud to announce that Bonticou Copley Foods, a collaboration between Bonticou Ducks and Copley Vintage Cheesemakers, has been selected to serve and sell our products at the Arts and Crafts Fair at the Ulster County Fairgrounds in New Paltz on Memorial and Labor Day weekends.  We will be sampling and selling our pastured ducks smoked with apple, cherry and hickory woods, duck leg confit, classic Cornish pasties and palmier cookies.  We will be at the Fair from 10 AM to 5:30 PM Saturday and Sunday, and from 10 AM to 4 PM on Monday, May 28th. Please look for us in the Handcrafted Specialty Food building.

Wassail at Stone Ridge Orchard, Stone Ridge NY

Please join us at Elizabeth Ryan's Stone Ridge Orchard, where we raise most of our mature poultry.  Elizabeth is a great friend to Brian and me, and to Bonticou Ducks and Bonticou Copley Food.  One offering will be brick oven pizza topped with smoked duck breast courtesy of Bonticou Copley Food.

This year, Elizabeth's annual wassail will be held at Stone Ridge Orchard. Participate in this ancient Celtic ritual as we sing to the apple trees to ensure a bountiful harvest. Honor the farms as we partake in a sumptuous and filling feast of local and artisanal food and ciders. Join the circle for traditional folk-style dancing to live Balkan and Macedonian Romani music as we celebrate the coming of spring and the promise of a bountiful harvest with Zlatne Uste, Seido Salifoski, Bill Vanaver and friends.

For our tasting, we are proud to introduce several flavors of our NEW gourmet deviled eggs and our NEW line of pastries and cookies.

Pre-orders of pasties and game bird pies will be accepted through Wednesday April 4th.  Minimum order 4 pies or 2 pasties.  

Pre-orders of frozen poultry, duck chicken and goose eggs are accepted via email for pick-up on site.
